I work with adults, teens, and families who are navigating change, emotional challenges, relationship patterns, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences. Many of my clients are thoughtful, motivated, and deeply invested in personal growth. They may be hardworking and capable while also carrying parts of themselves they are proud to share with the world and other parts that feel guarded, criticized, or difficult to understand.

When beginning therapy, it is normal to carry some fear, doubt, or uncertainty. We often have high expectations for ourselves and naturally expect the same from the healing process. But there is no set timeline for healing. We practice becoming more comfortable with being uncomfortable, approaching ourselves with patience and curiosity, and cultivating self-compassion along the way.
